We stand behind our work. All Sofily Software service packages include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
1. Guarantee Coverage
If you are not satisfied with your service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. This applies to all three packages: Managed, Full Launch, and Own Server Install.
2. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to contact@sofilysoftware.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number or the email address used at checkout. We will confirm receipt and process your refund promptly.
3. Package-Specific Conditions
Managed: If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, you receive a full refund of the setup fee (€249) and the first monthly payment (€149). No partial-month refunds are issued for monthly payments after the 14-day window has closed.
Full Launch: If we have already registered and activated a VPS on your behalf before you submit your refund request, the direct cost of that VPS (typically €5–15, depending on the provider’s billing) is non-refundable, as it has been paid to a third party in your name. We will provide an itemized breakdown of any such costs. The remainder of the €599 service fee is refunded in full. You retain ownership of the VPS and any accounts already created.
Own Server Install: Full refund of the €199 fee. No third-party costs are incurred by us on your behalf in this package.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Funds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
